How to book and enrol?

Organisations using purchase orders

If your organisation uses purchase orders please get in touch by email or use the webform on our Contact Us page. In this case we will need your organisation's name, address and the purchase order number in order to generate a pdf invoice. Please also include the name and email address of the candidate/s. Where they might be a delay of over 7 working days to process payment confirmation from your organisation committing to the course fees might be required in order for the candidate/s to start as soon as possible.

Select your course

You will need to select your course by going to its dedicated page. For example, if you want the Level 3 Award in Education and Training you have to visit its dedicated web page at https://www.coursetopia.co.uk/aetptllscourse.

Paying in full or instalments

You will then need to click on ‘BOOK (FULL PAYMENT) this course’ link which will be located at the bottom of the web page under Enrolment (Costs and Signing up).Where your course has a payment plan option the BOOK (PAYMENT PLAN) option will also be avaliable.

Confirm Booking

When you click on any of the ‘BOOKING’ link it will lead you to the COURSE DETAILS page. A description of the course and price is confirmed one more time here. Please see Example A below.

Your details

The next stage will be billing. Here you will be expected to confirm your name, address, telephone and email. If this is a company booking please enter the company name under "First and Last names". If you already have an account with us please click on "Returing Customer" and login. Please enter any requests or information under "Order notes". This could iclude informing us of the candidate details or when paying for someone else. You will need to agree to our "Terms and Conditions" before placing your order. Payment

This is the final stage of the booking process where you will be given our payment details. A proforma invoice will also be emailed to you at this stage. You are only enrolled when we receive your payment. Our payment terms are usually 5 working days from the booking
