After Enrolment

When you have booked on a course and paid you will be fully enrolled within 24 working hours. This will involve being allocated an assessor who will also be your tutor. You will be given access to our Learning Management System (Etutor). Here you will be able to access course resources and coursework. You will also be able to.communicate to your assessor and submit any coursework.

As part of the setup process you will be given several tasks to complete within a week which includes completing our individual goal plan, initial assessment, learning styles questionnaire and learning agreement. You will be expected to participate in an induction session as soon as possible in order for you to fully understand course requirements, assessment, support, values, terms, and conditions.

The Induction

The induction can either be online or face to face. Your allocated assessor will normally get in touch with you within 24 working hours to introduce themselves and invite to an initial meeting. his will be the time to show you how to use our Learning management system, access resources and coursework. This will also be an opportunity to discuss your needs, course duration, job role (if applicable) and any other issues that might affect your progress. A holistic assessment plan is then drafted by your assessor to reflect your needs and what has been agreed.

It is vital you follow this plan. Please bear in mind the plan is not set in stone. It can change at any point to reflect your needs especially during reviews. It is your responsibility to inform your assessor as soon as possible regarding any issues that affect your progress.
