The Level 2 Award in Information, Advice or Guidance is an entry level qualification in information, advice and guidance. Focus will be on developing interaction skills and good practice.
The course is aimed at practitioners who want to have an understanding of key concepts and principles of Information, Advice or Guidance. There is an emphasis to apply the course content to your own work environment and to sharing good practice.

The Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Advice and Guidance provides candidates with the skills, knowledge and understanding to work in advice and guidance. The mandatory units cover interacting with clients, legislation and procedures, operating within networks, managing their personal case load and evaluate and developing their own contribution to the service.
